A team from PAX Group successfully relocated an entire machine park in Groningen to a new production site. Working with a half-day planning schedule, the most critical machines for production were moved within two weeks. The remaining equipment followed over the next four weeks.

Thanks to a detailed risk assessment and a carefully structured schedule, the project was completed on time and within budget—despite the tight timeframe. Clear task division within the team ensured a smooth process for disconnection, dismantling, transport, reassembly, and final hookup.

Of course, a few surprises popped up during dismantling. One machine turned out to differ slightly from the manufacturer’s latest specs, and installing the new anchoring system proved trickier than expected. But our goal is always the same: to keep downtime for the customer as minimal as possible. And we nailed it—not a single screw was left behind.
