NABEK Road Transport is delivering a massive number of fire-resistant panels to the Gaasperdammertunnel. A 3-kilometer-long tunnel currently under construction in Amsterdam Southeast.

The panels are designed to increase evacuation time in case of fire. To support the project, a buffer stock was required near the tunnel. PAX’s Alphen aan den Rijn location quickly emerged as the ideal solution.

This stock will be delivered in five phases as the project progresses. In the meantime, NABEK will also complete another 280 direct deliveries from Belgium to the Gaasperdammertunnel site in Amsterdam. A swap trailer is on standby to handle the return of empty pallets.
